3 Simple Therapy Reduce Stress at the Office

Work piling up, angry bosses, clients who sucks and many more problems that occur in the office. All of that makes you stressed. How to remove it right away?

Try this simple exercise. All you need is a sense of calm. Here are exercises you can do at your desk.

Focus on harmony
Take a deep breath, exhale slowly and focus on the word 'harmony'. Close your eyes, over and over think the word 'harmony'. When I was in a state of harmony or peace, we are more at peace with ourselves and the outside world at the same time. Stress will also be gone.
 
Think pink
Close your eyes and focus your mind on the color of roses. The pink color will bring you into the realm of the beautiful peace. Think more deeply in this color. Set your breath, imagine yourself wrapped roses. Focus more deeply on this warm color. This therapy will have a tremendous effect to calm down.

Candlelight
Light candles will help you to feel more calm. Light the candles aromatherapy to make you relax. But if it is not available at your desk. You can imagine the light of candles on your mind, repeat the words 'fire' to keep you focused. Concentration on the candle until you feel calmer. This therapy may require a little practice, but will be effective if carried out.
