Habits Can Reduce the Immune

Some daily habits could actually reduce a person's immune system. Without realizing there are 8 things that can make a person's immune system decline. Decreased immune not only makes a person exposed to the flu or a cough, but it makes people vulnerable to infection of bacteria or viruses out.
There are several things that can lower immunity, namely :
1. Acting pessimistic.
A study from UCLA found a student who started his first semester of the optimist has more T cells, so as to reinforce and strengthen the immune response of natural killer cells in the body.

2. Often stayed up late.
Reducing sleep time will have a strong detrimental effect on immunity, it is because of less hours of sleep was associated with decreased immune system function and reduce the number of cells that function against bacteria.
3. Always feel depressed and stressed.
Chronic Stress and pressure are accepted every day not only makes the job becomes uncomfortable, but also detrimental to the health aspects including immunity. This type of stress can cause a decrease in the ability of the immune system to fight disease.
4. Always use a vehicle to go anywhere.
Someone who always uses the vehicle and never walk will make him more vulnerable sick and immune decline than people who walk regularly.
5. Always borrow a pen or items from others.

Germs are very easy to pass from hand to hand, so avoid touching common objects such as pens or the other in order to reduce the risk of catching a cold or a contagious disease that can affect the immune system.
